Clear violation of the provided rate card. The rate card shows- Installation: 200 + (299 service charge) Uninstallation: 100 + (299 service charge). And the rate card declares labour charge is capped at 299. Yet I was charged 299 twice for replacing one geyser + 100 for the plug. Plus tax on it. Ended up paying ₹1,117. For 15min geyser replacement job.

He was good but UC charges too much for the service and spare parts.. Way too much then the online charges. Will never call UC again for the geyser services
