Your company says to being a professional service company but isn't. We wanted to Partially Paint the house with cracks in the walls and ceiling which were to be repaired and filled. Your designated person came and consulted saying everything will be done properly, so we were positive. When he came and did the work, it was a mess. The ceiling is now uneven with the putty filling visible through paint, color painting was not done properly even with 6 layers of paint, the paint wasn't showing. It was so faint. After repeated requests, then the painter painted without adding anything to paint then it was properly done yet the work done to fill the cracks wasn't done properly and there are bulges looking on the wall, walls aren't plain. It's looking so ugly, feels like it was done by a local painter. Feels like less of a paint more of a distemper. In the bedroom The painter applied the color on the previous paint without removing it and some spots on the wall the previous paint is seen. He told us this is how it is done. The painter used our personal ladder and left it all messy with paint spilling all over it. There was zero cleanliness, our toilet used to dispose wastage was spoiled, windows and flooring had paint spilled over, there was dust all the window panels and furniture, most of my house was white because of the paint. They didn't even wet mop the floor after all the work was done. It was all just a mess. UC claims to be professional company, it isn't. Our experience was very bad. It feels like our money is wasted. Also UC app doesnt work properly, it displays some work options/category and sometimes it doesn't. Something needs to be done about it as well
