Arrived three hours late. Since we went out for lunch, he confirmed the job was done within 90 min of arrival. Can one attend two geysers removal, dismantling, cleaning, assembling and refitting within those 90 min.? I strongly suspect that he did not do the complete job that I paid for. I need my money back.

He was here for a minute. I asked him to remove the geyser from the wall and hold it. I took a screwdriver and pressed the reset button on the side of the geyser. It started working. However, I noticed that he kept the job status as in progress for a long time. I don’t appreciate his behaviour.
