We booked Geyser Inspection because there was a spark in the plug when we turned it on. He came and said the thermostat was damaged and replaced it by charging 1290/- over and above to the service charge and then said we will have to call electrician for changing switch as that was not his job. We called electrician today and he saw the old thermostat which we retained and said it was in working condition and that there was no damage at all to it. The damage was only to the plug which the electrician guy changed. Making a fool out of customers.
