I was expecting a professional experience, as shown in the listing images where the technician is seen using proper tools for a thorough cleaning. However, the partner who arrived didn’t bring any tools at all, he did everything with his hands and even asked us for basic tools. Paying ₹600 for a service that was done bare-handed feels completely unjustified. There was no proper equipment, no professional touch, and it honestly didn’t feel like a proper service at all. The listing is quite misleading and does not reflect the actual experience I had. Very disappointed and not satisfied with the service at all.

UC is misguiding customers by putting wrong images of cooler services. The changes are sky high for additional item. Rs. 50/-capacitor is charged Rs.650/- Overall, it's very poor service but very costly...

Air cooler rapair but again 4 hours same issue came, so air cooler issue not solved

Firstly he had no idea what his job was. It is a small sized cooler and before his service the motor was working fine and there was no leakage under drain hole. After his service there is drain hole leakage and the submerged motor which throws water is making huge noise

Made me change the pump of water cooler and then later told me that he cant fix the cooler. Also, the old pump was not handed over after replacing with a locally bought pump.
