He opened the air cooler but after opening he was not able to fix the cooler and said he will not able to fix the issue and he left the cooler as it is was in the previous state not even fixed the wire.

The blades of my cooler are not clean properly. It is still very dusty and dirty.I had asked him to clean the cloth in clean water n wipe..but he never dipped the dirty cloth in clean water and kept wiping with dirty cloth thats why it is not cleaned.. I would habe cleaned the cooler blades myself

Firstly he had no idea what his job was. It is a small sized cooler and before his service the motor was working fine and there was no leakage under drain hole. After his service there is drain hole leakage and the submerged motor which throws water is making huge noise
