There were two coolers scheduled for servicing and cleaning. However, after the technician left, it was evident that the servicing had been carried out very poorly. Dust and dirt were still present inside the coolers, indicating incomplete cleaning. Also, the bathroom area where the coolers were washed was left untidy and I had to clean up after the service was completed. Overall I am very disappointed with the quality of service provided and found it far from satisfactory.

After servicing, the cooler's operating motor is damaged and the flap does not move.
