Hello Sir, I am facing an issue with my Symphony cooler. When I run it in Fan, Swing, and Cooling modes, water splashes out through the front air outlet grille, causing inconvenience. I would also like to inform you that your technician replaced the cooler’s water pump on 22nd October. However, after the pump replacement, this new issue has started. Kindly arrange a service visit as soon as possible to inspect and resolve the issue. Since this problem started after the recent service, I request you to check it and fix it without any additional service charges. Thank you.

Partner has inspected the cooler and suggested replacement of submerged pump for which the service was called. Partner informed that he has to buy the pump and for fitting the pump another bill was charged. For visiting and seeing the problem by the partner I have paid 271 rupees. In the service it was mentioned - if needed we will source spare parts at fixed rate for repair. Since another bill was charged above the parts cost the service was denied. your Partner are cheating the customers with aditional platform fees and charges
