Came 30-40 mins late. The person assigned was someone else not the one whose picture was given in service details. First was cleaning only side pads of cooler then opened the cooler and cleaned the fan inside that after us telling him. Paid 700 Rs just for cleaning dust. Pathetic service. Also didnot end the service that day. After 2 days service was ended. Please don't use air cooler service from this app. Been a user of this app's services from Covid 19's time. Never had such a bad experience. Waste of money.

The revised winding motor is not even performing close to 25% of the original motor. The cooler is not blowing air faster as it was earlier. The motor winding must be mediocre and for less watts due to which the fan speed is very low

He didn't clean the bathroom after creating a mess of cleaning the cooler and choked our bathroom drainage pipe.
