I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the recent service provided at my residence today. During the course of fixing a painting, your carpenter caused damage to some of my personal artifacts. These items hold significant value, and their damage is unacceptable. Additionally, the carpenter exhibited rude and unprofessional behavior throughout the visit, which made the experience even more distressing. To make matters worse, the area was left untidy, and no effort was made to clean up after the work was completed. Given the damages caused and the poor service rendered, I request a full refund for the broken items and expect an appropriate resolution to this issue. I would appreciate a prompt response and action on this matter.
