Angad did a fantastic job installing our Native smart lock. He was punctual and very professional. Before starting, he took the time to verify our Wi-Fi and doorbell connections to ensure everything would sync perfectly. He guided me through the app setup patiently and made sure everything was working before leaving. The lock itself is very practical and convenient so far. My only minor suggestion for the product is that it comes with two physical keys, whereas an extra third physical key would be ideal for a family of three as my mom usually puts the wifi off wen she goes to her native place. Overall, highly recommend Angad for his expertise and efficient work
