Initially the assigned technician did not turn up. Since it was urgent for me, Urban company arranged for a technician outside the app. However, he was just a carpenter of no prior experience of installing locks. He installed the locks inappropriately and did not complete his work. Additionally, he took away the spare parts along with one of the keys too. Next day the original technician was assigned to me who fixed everything. But I realised about the missing keys only after he left. After complaints, Urban arranged a new cylinder and new set 3keys for the locks. It was not doubt difficult but at the end you all rectified everything and tried your best to fix up all the gaps.
