Extremely unprofessional and cheater. The technician gave an excuse and said he will install the lock the next day. When called the next day, he refuses to come and changed status to lock installed. Have been trying to get a resolution from Urban company since last 2 days but all efforts in vain. Absolute scam person and cannot be trusted. Re-thinking on whether to avail the services of Urban company going forward
