I am quite disappointed with the service. The technician was constantly busy on her mobile phone after applying the mask and paid very little attention to the client. No head massage, hand massage, or any relaxing touch was provided during the waiting time. The experience felt very unprofessional and lacked basic customer care. I expected a much better level of service and hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more attentive and professional experience for clients.
