One of the worst lady I have ever seen. Non stop complain and cribbing. She was very rude when corrected her regarding her work. She said aapko kaam karwana hai ki nahi karwana hai.. Is thus the way she should speak?? She left the house without complaining her work

Extremely disappointing and deeply disturbing experience. The girl’s behaviour was highly unprofessional, confrontational, manipulative, and completely unacceptable. The cleaning was incomplete and far below acceptable standards. When I contacted customer care to report her poor service, she apparently received a call regarding my complaint and immediately became defensive, raising her voice, making false allegations, and attempting to shift the blame onto us rather than taking responsibility for her own mistakes. Her attitude was extremely rude, dishonest, and intimidating. Instead of acknowledging the shortcomings in her work and correcting them, she chose to twist the situation, misrepresent the facts, and create unnecessary conflict. Such behaviour raises serious concerns about her professionalism, integrity, and suitability for a customer-facing role. Customers should never be subjected to hostility, manipulation, or intimidation for simply raising a legitimate complaint. This is absolutely unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on the company’s service standards. I strongly urge management to investigate this incident thoroughly, review her conduct, and take appropriate action. I would strongly caution others against requesting her services unless management addresses these serious concerns. No customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect after paying for a service.
