After checking he says thermostat problem and will require 1100 cost. Today we called another person he does the electricity problem of thermostat and does not even charge any single rupee. Not expected this service from urban clap.

First of all the booking says service and repair - he did not serviced the gyser also wiring was inspected by him and connected, no new parts still i was charged 150 extra. This is a very poor and unjust costing.

Gave false report it was in auto cut off and your technician said coil of worrh 2000 has ro be changed . Local electrician did it fr 100 rs, he us a fraud

UC App is showing 2047/- bill but I paid 3000/- in cash need an explanation. Will not use UC in future. Worst experience.
