actually electrician visited and checked there is no spare parts changed . very meagre problem in my home while we are doing RO switch on one of the phase gone . we have paid extra 149 ruppees

He completed the electrical work based on his own recommendation but tried to charge the app fees for repairing a switch he didn’t even fix, along with additional personal charges that he refused to add on the app despite being told to do so. Even after the work was done, the issue remained unresolved. I agreed to pay the charges when he began an emotional drama, but he walked off with an attitude and later returned demanding the same amount again. I eventually paid the material charges separately as well because he wouldn’t leave. Overall, it was a terrible service experience.
