There were no issue with my geyser we only asked him to open and check if anything wrong. He not able to even open the geyser cause of the screw was tights. He didnt even tried harder simply said cant open. And nothing work done. He just came, tried to open which he cant and then he leave. So worst experience.

Service was not completed. He charged for labour and went off. The geyser is not working. Now i have to buy a new one without knowing what has damaged the geyser.

Problem not solved. The thermostat cost offered by a technician is 800Rs, while it was clearly visible that it was a used one. Also as per him the material is provided by UC.
