He did not carried a ladder or a supporting item to reach the fan, the technician is very heavy and he removed our matters and claimed on to the bare shell of cot. I’m not sure if it’s break anytime soon as yesterday while he was performing his job it’ was already not withstanding his weight, Secondly I’ve requested him to change capacitor for fan he said he has spare, but he charged item plus charges of 200 claiming to be stating he will add it in the app so that you can check and pay appropriately, I paid him 669/- but I see in only 409/- why do encourage such technicians, importantly he did not cleaned up / or removed the cottons post service. Not a satisfactory service.
