Very poor service, missed 2 back to back time slots, arrived very late and completed the service in just 10 Minutes and left. Not worth the money for what they did. Disinfection was also not par they didn't cover high touch points at all.

My schedule was set at 10AM. Professional came at 10.30AM. DIDNT WEAR ANY UNIFORM FOR URBAN COMPANY. HAD NO MASK ON. JUST HAD A PAIR OF GLOVES DURING THE JOB. How is it feasible to let foreign germs come into the room again if i am doing a sanitisation without any proper protection?
