Most horrible haircut by Mr. Nilam. He gave a haircut without using scissors at all. UC's service is deteriorating by the day. They probably realize this so they are taking payment in advance. These barbers are worse then street side barbers. For all you know, they may be learning how to give a haircut on your hair and are getting paid for it while UC is happily making money!!!! NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!
