1. He arrived 20 min late 2. His hands were dirty with black motor oil marks, which I discovered only towards the end of the service 3. When he was cutting the nail, I asked him that the nail is falling on the floor, don’t you have something to cover up to avoid littering. He said he will clean up. He did a half hearted clean, with lot of nails still left on the ground post the service 4. Head massage as well as foot massage was not good at all 5. He looked very unfriendly and hardly smiled 6. His shave wasn’t that good Overall a very poor experience, first time ever with UC
