I want to share my honest experience. It's heart-wrenching to see how hard these professionals work-carrying a heavy 25kg bag in this scorching heat, leaving their kids and families at home just to provide us comfort. The therapist was extremely polite and even gave extra time to ensure I was fully relaxed. It's sad that some customers give low ratings for minor delays, not realizing that their livelihood and ID depend on these ratings. We should be more empathetic. If someone is working this hard to give you a great service, they deserve nothing less than 5 stars. Highly recommended! Please support such hardworking people.
