I am writing to express my disappointment with the service experience at your facility. I had gifted the service to my father as a birthday present, expecting a relaxing and premium experience. Unfortunately, he was extremely disappointed. He has previously undergone facial treatments, and he mentioned that this experience was nothing like those—neither in quality nor in overall comfort. He did not enjoy the service at all, which was particularly disheartening given that it was meant to be a special birthday gift. This was not the level of experience we expected from your brand.
