I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. The professional arrived 15 minutes late and was clearly in a hurry throughout. The haircut, clean shave, and face & neck detan were all done poorly and without following the proper process. For the detan, he simply applied the mask and sat for 10 minutes talking on calls—no palm massage or toner was applied, which are clearly part of the service steps. The entire session, which was supposed to last 1 hour and 15 minutes, was rushed and wrapped up in just 45 minutes. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I expect better quality and accountability for the services I pay for.
