HE has not done the service becoz it required two people closed the request and taken 288 rupees. I request urban compnay to refund my payment. While booking I never asked minimum services charges.

There were no issue with my geyser we only asked him to open and check if anything wrong. He not able to even open the geyser cause of the screw was tights. He didnt even tried harder simply said cant open. And nothing work done. He just came, tried to open which he cant and then he leave. So worst experience.

I am very disappointed with the service I received, as it was far below acceptable standards. The work was left incomplete, and it was obvious that the technician did not have the required knowledge or skills to properly handle the service. Instead of resolving the issue, he seemed unsure about the work and did not provide any clear explanation or solution. On top of this, he asked for extra money for spare parts, even though I had already purchased all the necessary parts from a local store at a very minimal cost. This demand felt unnecessary and unreasonable, especially considering the poor quality of service provided. The entire experience was unprofessional, time-consuming, and frustrating, and it did not meet even basic expectations of a paid service. I would not recommend this service to others and expect better accountability and professionalism in the future.
