Arrived three hours late. Since we went out for lunch, he confirmed the job was done within 90 min of arrival. Can one attend two geysers removal, dismantling, cleaning, assembling and refitting within those 90 min.? I strongly suspect that he did not do the complete job that I paid for. I need my money back.

The professional did NOT service the Geyser stating that the appliance was beyond repair and should be entirely replaced. Given that the service was NOT performed would expect a full refund from Urban Company deducting the professional visiting charges if any
