Nadeem bhaiya was very professional and quick in their service. They also explained the working of the geyser well and cautioned how to use it safely.

He replaced the thermostat and the geyser stopped working the next day. When I booked revisit, since it was in warranty there should ideally be no charge for replacing the thermostat. The new guy that came says that the thermostat has to be replaced again and you have to pay for it.

Great and quick service by Premchand ji, he identified the issue quickly and got our geyser repaired in minimum cost. He also had the coil handy so we got it repaired in an hour. Highly recommend his work!
