The professional said he would replace the thermostat but would not follow the rate card and gave me an estimate for 2 branded thermostat in place of 1 as the thermostat given by UC is not good so he had to charge double. Also the thermostat he showed did not seem to come from original packing so I refused.

He inspected the geyser and said the geyser is fine. And then said the reason it’s not heating the water has to do with an electrical issue. And that I should call an electrician. Then I booked an electrician on your app and he said that he can’t do anything I should call a geyser service person. It’s a bit outrageous that I had to pay both people for nothing.

He came to fix the geyser and the entire house electricity blew up. Had to call an electrician from outside who charged an additional 2000 to fix the issue. All the switchboard have blown up.
