They guy came and checked the geyser, after 5 mins he said the switch needs to be replaced. He said its 8.30am and hardware shops have not opened yet, he said he will come at 10am and replace the switch. I paid him the check up fees and gave him the otp. Now when i called him again at 10.30am, the guy says he is in bandra on another job and told me to get an electrician to replace the switch.

Rakesh was excellent. He assessed the root cause of the problem immediately. He explained it very simply as well. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed due to water pressure issue.
