First of all he came 30mints late to the scheduled time. Then he saw the geyser and said I can only repair the electrical issue in the geyser not the plumbing part. You need to call plumber for that

There were no issue with my geyser we only asked him to open and check if anything wrong. He not able to even open the geyser cause of the screw was tights. He didnt even tried harder simply said cant open. And nothing work done. He just came, tried to open which he cant and then he leave. So worst experience.
