Altab was well mannered person but lacks knowledge. I booked geyser check up and moment he entered the house, he asked about the problem and raised the quotation for Geyser service(650 from 288). On checkup, he told that the coil is faulty and not the thermostat. On the next day, I called the company technician, who replaced the thermostat and the Geyser started working fine.

He said gyeser was faulty and have to change. And when I called someone else he did it in 2 mins. Please give me a refund as no service was done
