Both lights get switched off when the tap is not opened. Ideally after 2/3 min, first only green light should switched off and then orange. Which is not happening 2/3 min , only green light should switched off

They guy came and checked the geyser, after 5 mins he said the switch needs to be replaced. He said its 8.30am and hardware shops have not opened yet, he said he will come at 10am and replace the switch. I paid him the check up fees and gave him the otp. Now when i called him again at 10.30am, the guy says he is in bandra on another job and told me to get an electrician to replace the switch.

He didn’t fix the geyser properly, did something makeshift and charged for the full fix the first day and then when it still didn’t work the next day and since it was in the warranty period, he claims to have fixed it now on the second day
