The service personnel tried to do a short cut & incomplete service. He did not remove the chimney & made excuses why it cannot be removed. He also did not do the steam cleaning. When I insisted on removing the chimney & steam cleaning it, he asked me to show in app, where is it mentioned & I had to show him in the app. It was only then he did the steam. Cleaning. After that he did a proper job. But this behaviiur made me stand there regularly to check if the service is done properly. He should not have done a short cut.
