The technician was excellent but the way parts of chimney supplied to us needs strong review. UC did not raise any invoice for the parts supplied but another vendor raised the invoice and received payment separately causing non transparency in the deals. It needs immediate review of the process in such cases to avoid any cheating of the customer.
