The technician quoted an unreasonably high price and insisted on doing the work privately instead of through Urban Company. He was also unable to provide proper consultation, which left me dissatisfied. I ultimately did not opt for the service and ended up paying only the basic service charge of around ₹280. Not a good experience.

There was no full service of the geyser, just a water leakage fitting within 10-15 minutes, and for this I think invoice should have been revised and charged reasonable

Sukhram came and in minutes diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue . Very soft spoken and technically knowledgeable o asked him to check my second geyser . I asked and he gave me excellent advise on maintaining my geyser . While I don’t expect any issues I shall call him in future if available due to his behaviour and excellent technical skills . U recommend him to other users too .
