I booked a technician via Urbancompany to for my geyser, which was tripping the power. The technician replaced the thermostat but caused a short circuit during the repair, leading to a power outage that required an electrician to fix. Now, just two days later, the geyser is emitting smoke - clearly the issue wasn't resolved and may have worsened. This has been a frustrating and unsafe experience. I expect a prompt resolution, reimbursement for the electrician, and a proper fix by a qualified professional.
