Your technician did not complete the call he was supposed to change the switch and said he will buy the switch and come back the next day which he never showed up and you have closed the call as completed

Was expecting more Transparency. He got slight frustrated when I asked him to show the parts he changed and when I asked him if he used new products because we didnt see any box/cover of the new products used. Felt slight overcharged and he recommended work that I doubt was needed. Although I took the parts he claimed was old and not working properly or was due maintenance, but it doesn’t seem damaged/old to me and il get it checked outside to confirm if he played us or was honest.

Partner told replacement of coil and thermostat. Local electrician resolved it with just sma repair. Loss of fees due to less knowledge of partner
