It is not the fault of the professional you sent …. But you have a very wrong approach towards Geyser repair…… your person came and just checked if fault was electrical and told us to call the mechanic Is this fair ? ₹299 just to tell that you call Mechanic again for 599 Horrible

Though he has fixed the problem, expected full transparency about the new part and old part. When I asked me to give my old parts which were replaced he removed them from his bag. Should have shown me new part which he was going to replace and given my old. First quoted higher amount and then reduced when I said at such high cost I will replace the geyser itself.
