Said temperature sensor coil is damaged. Asked 3500 for it and 600 for service charge. Couldn't find it in rate card. He then told me he could do it outside UC in less.

The way he spoke, I didn't have trust in the person. Diagnosis didn't seem satisfactory. He suggested to go for a spare part not listed in the urban company catalogue. As per other reviews, this seems to be a common trait for many other visits. Just didn't get the trust.
