The cleaning was expected by using steam blower as mentioned in the app but was done manually also even the outer surface of the fan was not cleaned he stated that can be done only in deep cleaning

I called the service guy two times, and each time he wanted to do jugaad by putting a piece of paper. I told him upfront that, I am ready to bear the cost of any parts, replace the parts instead of doing jugaad. UC is a big scam, they don't have trained technicians who can arrange for parts, they are only good for basic service.

He was quite professional and good in his work but was not transparent about the money. Initial he told pcb work repair I accepted after that chimney motor has gone I accepted and motor was replaced he did very good servicing i appriciated him for it but when he saw i am getting labour discount in final bill he added capacitor replacement charge of 750 rs which he never informed not told anything. 750 is not small amount he should have told us first and started telling us that when motor is replaced by default capacitor is also replaced which was not informed earlier. This was the thing i didn’t like as he didn’t kept transparency.
