Very good service! The Dheeraj cleaned the chimney in detail — all oil and grease were removed properly. He worked neatly, explained everything clearly, and even cleaned the area afterward. He was quite professional and good in his work but was not transparent about the money. Initial he told pcb work repair I accepted after that chimney motor has gone I accepted and motor was replaced he did very good servicing i appriciated him for it but when he saw i am getting labour discount in final bill he added capacitor replacement charge of 750 rs which he never informed not told anything. 750 is not small amount he should have told us first and started telling us that when motor is replaced by default capacitor is also replaced which was not informed earlier. This was the thing i didn’t like as he didn’t kept transparency.
