Overall did a decent job of cleaning the chimney. I would highly appreciate if he could use an alternative to the scapper used to remove the grease from the oil collection tray and the blower blades which has damaged the paint of the blades and scratches on collector tray.

Was informed that this is going to be a steam cleaning but the person only washed it with soap and placed back with limited cleaning outside the chimney . Not worth the money spent .

The service provider has charged for the parts which were not replaced and even not returned or shown the old parts. This is clear case of fooling the customer. This type of services were not expected from u c.. Its cheatingand uou are also not bothered because your commission is incresed. Sorry hence forth I will not avail yoyr services and will share in my circle and even I put on notice board of my socirty
