Charged too much in the name of extra parts and didn't inform me before changing. All my geysers were in working condition and didn't find a need to change parts. He didn't show us whether he used new products or not. He said everytime I do servicing these parts should be changed. First time I am hearing something like this. I paid 5K extra over the service charges. Service is good though.
