Mentioned something is burned needs to change the part, later said the whole system is faulty need to change the whole thing. He himself was not sure, later he said I broke one part (when I asked him to put back the system) for his bad handling I had to pay 100rs extra for the broken part... This is a scam service by the person! Need my momey back for zero diagnostic and braking the part which was working

I had called for service two months ago. He informed me to replace a part for Rs.2500. Now after two months some other issue has happened and now I have no other option but to buy a new geyser. If the service guy had informed me to get a new geyser earlier, then I would have saved Rs.2,500. Very disappointed with this service.
