What is the minimum order value for this service?

We take up orders where the total service value is above ₹25,000.

What are the payment terms for this service?

Payment is divided into two phases. 35% upfront (refundable up to 24 hours before the job starts) & 65% after completion, once you confirm that your space is ready to live in.

Until when can I cancel after upfront payment?

Jobs can only be cancelled up to 24 hours from the start of the job (free of cost). A cancellation Fee of ₹1,000 will be levied on all other cancellations.

Who will clean up after the service?

Our team ensures daily cleaning, professional packaging & masking throughout the job. Once the service is complete, they will re-arrange the furniture & do a final cleanup to remove any paint stains, glue marks, or debris.

What if I have any issues or doubts during the service?

Your Relationship Manager (RM) supervises the service daily. You can reach out to them directly or via WhatsApp for any queries or concerns. If needed, you can escalate further using the escalation matrix shared on WhatsApp.
