Kindly maintain any professionals These service man’s are not professionals and they don’t have a basic manners , Don’t know about product knowledge about geyser , Compare to them were best enough to clean the geyser , Why should we book a service ? Better maintain professionals , otherwise urban company name will damage !

Drained the geyser uncontrolled and made a complete mess. Damaged a perfume box and left debris on the ground. Roof Tile has got a dirty black mark on it. Changed many things and charged for them. Problem still persists. Really bad job
