This technician misleads customers and inflates charges. I booked him for a water leakage issue, which required only an inlet pipe replacement. Instead, he broke the angle valve and added unjustified charges, finalizing a bill of ₹2,376. Charges included: ₹300 – Inlet pipe ₹400 – Pressure valve (not used) ₹299 – Geyser leakage (already covered by inlet pipe replacement) ₹400 – Angle valve ₹599 – Geyser servicing (he claimed this was for fan regulator replacement, which is unreasonable) ₹299 – Labour charges (no justification given) He could not explain the “pressure valve” charge and misrepresented the angle valve extension. The geyser servicing cost for a regulator change was excessive, and other charges were redundant. I do not recommend his services.
