The professional did not have the correct attitude. He arrived almost an hour late. He did not behave respectfully. Professionals should be given strict instructions about having the right attitude and behaviour before hiring.

He gave me estimate of 1800+ initially. Claimed he is putting branded parts. The packaging of the part has mrp scratched off. Also this heating element is from hot pack company( never heard of such a company) Actual mrp online is 500rs a unit. He also claimed he has done "geyser service " worth 650 rs when asked what service has he done he said he has replaced the heating element so that is service apparently. What a thief. After catching him red handed he settles for 1278rs. He also claims that urban company supplies the parts to them with mrp already scratched off and he has nothing to do with it apparently. I don't believe him or urban company as this a pathetic attempt by both to charges sky-high prices for substandard parts. Pls ensure when u order him for service to keep a hawks eyes on him while doing the work and insist on parts with mrp on them. Shame on urban company and this guys. Pathetic.
