I’ve had a wonderful experience with Binita Shahi. She is extremely professional, efficient, and does an excellent job every single time. She’s quick without compromising on quality, and that’s why she’s become my preferred professional on Urban Company. The only challenge now is that it’s becoming increasingly difficult to book her. Her service rates have gone up significantly, and many times she’s simply unavailable for booking. As a long-time customer, I’d sincerely request the Urban Company team to look into this and, if possible, ensure that bookings for Binita are enabled for existing customers like us. Horrible cleaning service, does not know basic cleaning n mopping . A robot can do better than her. Came late n left early. Don’t know how she is for gold service category
