I booked a carpenter service to fix the kitchen cabinet channel and handle. The professional arrived late and did not attempt to fix the issue at all. Instead, he stated that the granite slab would need to be removed and suggested demolishing the entire kitchen and rebuilding it with new cabinets, which was completely unnecessary for the requested service. He also advised me to buy materials from outside and fix it myself, which defeats the purpose of booking a professional service. There was no professionalism—he did not acknowledge arriving late, took the OTP, and left without providing any solution or service. This was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly request Urban Company to take this feedback seriously and address the issue. Will actually give a Zero
