The carpenter chipped off a small piece from our plywood during servicing, which was disappointing. While the work was otherwise okay, such carelessness is not acceptable. Attention to detail and respect for the materials should be a priority. Not fully satisfied.

I wasn’t aware that the sliding door service is only for one door. He asked me to pay ₹269 extra to him for the second door. He said it will reflect in the app soon. It came only after he left. The extra amount I had to pay was only 180 as per the app.

We paid for the service but is it just for the carpenter to come and have a visit , cz he dint even had screw with him to use that also he was asking us to get . 300 I paid for curtain rod installment in which you guys does not even give a screw then what kind of service is this then in that case for lesser charge I would have called local carpenter and given him the parts/screws
