Changed parts unrelated to the issue and charged for the parts replacement. The tank still leaks, asked me to call a local plumber to apply MSeal at the leaking area.

Unprofessional behavior: Behaves as if he is doing it his mercy and way of talking as if you are his assistant. Completely money minded as soon as he entered he mentioned that any spares are additional without even asking what service was booked for and i had booked for 25 ltr geyser service while giving the estimate he gave it as > 25 and when asked why he gave > 25 he mentioned that what i booked was for less than 25 and for 25 we need book next one, when i showed him app clearly mentions that 10-25lts snd next one us > 25 he was okay i will do it its just 50 Rs as if he was doing me a favour. While servicing he dropped shocksafe plug into water (didn’t even notice it i had to take it out if water) and damaged it and later he was like i will replace with normal plug For second geyser he was like gasket is gone we need to replace entire heating coil, gasket is like 200 rs an coil he was quoting as ~2000Rs, i contacted customer care fir help while i was still in discussion with customer care representative he said you resolve with them if they ask i will come back and left leaving the geyser open
