The professional arrived without the proper extension cord or 3-pin plug for the steamer, resulting in the service being done without steam. When I asked a simple question about whether the face should be wiped before applying the face pack, she responded rudely, saying she was following her trainer’s instructions and that I could speak to UC if I had concerns. Additionally, she asked if I had taken her picture while I was simply using my phone, which I found inappropriate and uncomfortable. That shows how insecure she was and doesn’t know how to behave. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
