I have a complaint regarding the recent service for my AO Smith geyser. The technician arrived and performed the assigned work professionally, and I have no issue with their behavior. However, I was charged approximately ₹738 for the service, which I believe is excessive given the type of work done. There was no use of any chemicals or cleaning liquid during the service; the geyser was simply cleaned manually by opening it and wiping it with hands. When I questioned the staff about the cleaning process, I was informed that the company does not provide or use any additional products for cleaning. If such cleaning is provided, I could have done it myself and saved the fee. Based on the service delivered, I do not feel the charges are justified and I request a refund. Please review my concern and advise on the next steps for the refund process.

It was highly disappointing that after spending 3000 rs on repair the geyser failed to last even 1 day. This raises questions on the quality of thermostats used given the margin difference between branded and local parts. even the indicator was claimed as faulty and replaced but even that is not working. and now the slot to claim warranty is available after 3 days.
