Your customer service people are horrible. The plumber did his job and left and everything was perfect. But then your customer service began calling abt some payment issue which they should have actually resolved with Amazon. Despite telling them the entire situation she spoke to me like I am stealing money from her. She was rude and aggressive. I told her not to call again and she immediately rang my phone again. Such people need to be sent back to training. The ground staff doing their job diligently but customer service shitting all over it.

When customer is paying ₹498 for tap installation just Ask your partner to carry ₹20 teflon tape with them.2 small rubber washers cost me ₹20 extra.
