Unhappy, disappointed. Probably needs to fix his operating procedure or needs retraining about pre job surveying. Booked for a drying rod installation that almost always happens in a balcony. Location being an apartment in Gurgaon can very likely be a highrise. First, he didn't inquire on the call itself whether it's a high-rise balcony and then he arrives at the house and straight away demands the OTP to start the job and after punching it in the system, he says I can't do it because of the height. And then takes a while to fiddle with his phone app, trying to cancel the booking because he says I can't reassign somebody else on this job so you will get refunded for this job. A few moments later he says that he sees I will be charged for the visitation which I tell him will not be a fair charge. Then he tells me that he is not able to do anything on the app because of network issues here at my house, so tells me he'll close the job later on, for which I agree and then later I see that he has charged me for the whole installation job altogether. Although I got a refund for it but only after reaching out to the UC support team , when even they told me that the professional is demanding visitation charges for the job which I had to dispute and tell them this exact same story as I wrote here. Thereafter, they refunded me the whole amount. However, I had to agree to get the refund in my UC wallet because else they want my bank details for the refund (in this age!) and can't just reverse the money back to my original source of payment.
