I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the recent service performed on our air cooler. The technician appeared to be in a rush during the visit, despite us clearly informing him to carry out the service properly and thoroughly. Unfortunately, just a couple of days after the service, the air cooler started making unusual sounds while running. We are quite certain that some part may have been damaged during the servicing. This has caused us inconvenience, and we are dissatisfied with the quality of work provided. We request that you send a qualified technician to inspect and rectify the issue at the earliest, without any additional cost.
